What we ship

Three tiers of tooling: self-service agents you deploy and control, a monitoring layer for teams running many agents, and an API for teams embedding autonomy into existing infrastructure.

SiteCtrl Agent

The core unit of work. A configured autonomous agent that performs one recurring operational task — inventory sync across channels, form triage and routing, content staleness detection, dispatch flagging on specific conditions — on a schedule you set or triggered by an event.

Every action is logged. Every agent operates within an autonomy level you define: read-only (observation and alerts only), flag-and-approve (agent proposes, you confirm before it acts), or full autonomy (agent decides and acts within its guardrails, you audit after). No surprises, no black boxes.

Deploy one agent or fifty. Each logs to the same audit trail. Each respects the same permission boundaries. No setup code required — configuration happens in the Console or via API.

SiteCtrl Console

The control room. A live dashboard showing what every deployed agent is doing in real time, what it flagged for your attention, and what it changed in the last 24 hours. One screen. Full transparency.

For agents running above read-only autonomy, the Console surfaces pending approvals as a queue: flag-and-approve decisions that need a human sign-off. Click approve or reject. The agent executes or rolls back. Audit trail updated. No email chains, no Slack threads.

Built for ops and engineering teams who run many agents but don't want to babysit any single one. You supervise at the level you choose — daily glance, weekly deep-dive, or something in between.

SiteCtrl API

For engineering teams who already have internal tooling and want agent orchestration baked in rather than bolted on. The API exposes the same agent configuration, execution, and audit logging as the Console — but you own the UI. Embed it into your product, your control panel, your workflow.

Same autonomy levels, same guardrails, same logging. Different delivery: REST endpoints, JSON payloads, your frontend. We handle the agent logic; you handle the experience.

Use it to let your own customers deploy and manage agents without leaving your platform. Or use it to integrate agent-driven automation into a single-tenant ops tool your team built. Authentication is API key + role-based access control; audit logging is queryable and exportable.

03 / Professional services

From audit to managed ops

Three engagement models depending on where you are in the automation journey.

Automation Audit

2 weeks · Fixed scope

We map your operational workflows, identify where agents remove manual work, and deliver a prioritized report with ROI estimates for each. No agents deployed yet — this is the roadmap. Typical output: 5–8 automation opportunities ranked by effort and impact, with rough build timelines and risk assessments. Includes a closing workshop with your team.

Custom Agent Build

Fixed project · 4–8 weeks

We design, build, test, and deploy a specific agent tailored to your workflow. You define the task; we own the implementation. Delivered with full documentation, training, and a 30-day support window. Autonomy level and guardrails set by your requirements.

Managed Automation Retainer

Monthly · Ongoing

We deploy and operate agents on your behalf. Monthly: review performance, optimize guardrails, triage flagged decisions, and ship incremental improvements. Includes monitoring, on-call support, and quarterly roadmap planning. Used by operations teams who want the benefits of agent automation without the operational overhead. Start with one agent or five; scale from there.

Ready to automate

Start with an audit or jump straight to a build. Either way, bring a real operational pain point — not a vague idea, but a specific, recurring workflow that wastes time or creates risk.
